Strength and Conditioning

With the success that Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns have had in recent history, there is a vital component that is all to often overlooked. Much of the athletes' success begins much sooner than their respective sport actually begins. Their success begins soon after their previous season ends. The man in charge of ensuring that success is the Coach Rob Phillips, the Ragin' Cajuns strength and conditioning coordinator.
Strength and conditioning is a vital aspect for a college athlete. To be able to compete day in and day out with the best of the best, the athletes must work and train hard in the weight room. With the weight lifting and training records on the board and goals set by the athletes, they can train on their own or with their team. The key component that is remembered by the athletes is that this is where athletes are made!
