Welcome to the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Football media credential system. This web portal is designed to allow for the opportunity to request working press passes efficiently and in a timely manner.

To request media credentials for 2025 Ragin' Cajuns Football home games, please complete the appropriate sections below and submit.

LOUISIANA RAGIN' CAJUNS CREDENTIAL POLICY
Credentials are issued based on the following priorities and guidelines:
1. The individual(s) applying for credentials must be an accredited media member, verified by the home or visiting SID, as working media.
2. Personnel involved in live radio or TV broadcasts.
3. Daily newspapers and media outlets regularly covering Louisiana and the visiting opponent. Wire services, regional and national publications are also afforded this opportunity.
4. Non-originating radio and television personnel producing reports on the game. Only local radio and TV stations with a full-time sports director conducting a regular sports show will receive consideration for credentials.
5. Officially recognized Louisiana or visiting opponent student publications, and student electronic media outlets.
6. Non-daily newspapers or publications covering the game.

NOTE: Web-based entities that are not accredited media organizations, message boards and/or chat rooms that allow posting of anonymous information will not be issued credentials to Louisiana Athletics events and will not be granted access for interviews with Louisiana coaches or student-athletes.

Requesting outlet must have a media function – as in dissemination of practice reports, game reports and information that is used to describe the activities of the Ragin’ Cajuns program and the event being covered (i.e. game story, column, video, photos) of that particular event. Those doing feature interviews during the week but do not write game stories or columns will not be credentialed for games.

The sites requesting must have either a publication entity or a website URL where past coverage can be audited and verified. Instagram or “Twitter/X” photo sites only WILL NOT be credentialed. YouTube sites without a separate web entity will only be credentialed on a case-by-case basis. Sites will be asked for past coverage details and expected to respond to email requests for such information.

Credentials are non-transferable and are subject to immediate revocation at any time, if transferred.

THE LOUISIANA RAGIN' CAJUNS OFFICE OF ATHLETICS COMMUNICATIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY OR REVOKE CREDENTIALS FOR MISUSE OR MISREPRESENTATION.

THIS RESTRICTION IS TO ENSURE FAIR DISTRIBUTION AND TO ENSURE THAT ONLY LEGITIMATE MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA ARE GRANTED CREDENTIAL ACCESS.

NOTE: Per NCAA and Sun Belt Conference Guidelines, the press area is restricted to only members of the working media. No children are allowed at any time. Misuse of the privilege of a press box seat could result in immediate removal from the press box and revocation of future press credential request.
