Meet the Cajuns: WBB Freshmen Keke Veal and Adrienne Prejean

LAFAYETTE, La. - RaginCajuns.com is giving you a chance to get to know the new members of the Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball squad.
Cajun Nation video staffers recently met with freshmen Adrienne Prejean and Keke Veal.
Veal is averaging 12.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game this season and is a big reason the Cajuns are 2-0 early in the season.
Before joining the Cajuns, Veal averaged 17 points, 6 rebounds, 4 steals and 4 assists as a senior at St. Thomas More High School and helped guide the Cougars to four state championships.
Prejean like Veal is a Lafayette native and has seen 10-plus minutes in the first two games of the season. Adrienne hails from Lafayette High School where she averaged 11.8 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 assists as a senior.
Veal, Prejean and the Cajuns look to start the season off with three straight wins on Friday night when they face Nebraska-Omaha on the road. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m.
