Cajuns Close Out Home Slate Against Denver

LAFAYETTE, La. - Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns women's tennis team is slated to close out the 2012 spring home schedule on Friday at 2 p.m. when they host conference foe Denver at Cajun Courts.

"Denver has a great squad," head coach Greg Harkins said. "This should be a tough conference match for out last home game of the season, and our girls should be ready to go out and fight."

The Cajuns (4-12) are led by senior Milou Israel who has a team-best 10-6 singles record. Israel is 7-3 in her last 10 matches.

UL dropped a 5-2 decision to Lamar last time out, while Denver is 2-3 in its last five contests including a 5-1 road win at Rutgers.

After the Denver match, the Cajuns will close out the regular season in South Carolina against the College of Charleston and Coastal Carolina.
