A Look At The Ragin' Cajuns Alumni
Named the National Pro Fastpitch Offensive Player of the Year in August, Myers returns to Lamson Park for the second time this fall after playing against the Cajuns in the NPF All-Star Game in October. While playing for Louisiana at shortstop from 2010-13, Myers garnered three all-Sun Belt accolades, two NFCA All-Region honors and was named an NFCA All-American in 2012. She still holds the career record for runs scored with 243 and holds single-season records in the same category with 83 runs in 2012, which led the nation, and 77 in 2011.

A three-time all-Sun Belt selection at catcher from 2010-13, Draheim earned NFCA All-Region and All-American honors during her senior season in 2013. She is tied for first in the single-season record book with a .998 fielding percentage (2013) and holds the all-time Louisiana record in fielding percentage with .994.

Orgeron was a four-time all-Sun Belt utility player from 2009-12, and was twice named SBC Player of the Year. She was named an NFCA All-American in 2011 and 2012 and was a three-time NFCA All-Region selection from 2010-12. Orgeron still ranks first in the career record books with 288 RBI, second with 550 total bases, third with 70 home runs and fourth with 62 doubles and a .739 slugging percentage. She also holds the top two single-season spots in RBI with 101 in 2011 and 94 in 2012. Her 2011 RBI total still ranks third in the NCAA record book.

A four-time letterwinner at catcher for the Cajuns from 2007-10, Bowers was a three-time first team all-Sun Belt and finished her career as one of the top-five defensive players all-time in Louisiana history. To this day, she ranks third all-time with 1,647 putouts and a .993 fielding percentage, and is tied with three others for the top spot in the single-season record books with a .998 fielding percentage (2008).

Bridges spent four seasons (2008-11) playing for the Cajuns, earning all-Sun Belt honors from 2009-11. She garnered both NFCA All-Region and All-American accolades in 2011. She still remains near the top in several career categories, ranking fourth all-time with 223 RBI, 139 walks, 66 home runs and 1,454 putouts.

Murphy lettered four years (2009-12) for the Cajuns, finishing her career as one of the top baserunners in program history. During her four years, Murphy went 77-for-79 in stolen bases to rank fourth in the career record books, while her 33 stolen bases in 2010 ties for fifth in program history.

After playing two seasons at Arizona, Haack joined the Cajuns prior to the 2012 season. In her two seasons in Lafayette, she was named to the All-Sun Belt First Team twice, starting all 62 games and batting .326 in 2013.

Cormier was a four-year letterwinner for the Cajuns from 2009-12 as an infielder, starting all 59 games for Louisiana and hitting 12 home runs, third-best on the team in 2012. Waterman was a four-year letterwinner for Louisiana from 2010-13, appearing in 74 contests mostly as a pinch runner and defensive replacement, while Philen saw action in 15 games as a utility player for Louisiana from 2010-12.

Rounding out the Alumni team this weekend will be current assistant coach Lisa Norris. Like Myers, Norris will also be competing against the Cajuns for the second time this fall after representing the NPF All-Star Team last month.
