Ragin' Cajuns To Hold Annual Banquet On May 1

LAFAYETTE – Fresh off its best season on the hardwood in nearly a decade, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball team will hold its annual team banquet on May 1 at the Petroleum Club.
The event begins at 7 p.m. Tickets for the event are $25 per person with a table for six available for $200.
Head coach Garry Brodhead and his staff will honor the 2013-14 team that finished 14-16 overall – their best record since a 25-9 mark in 2006-07. The Ragin' Cajuns finished 7-11 overall in Sun Belt Conference play and earned a second consecutive appearance in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament.
Playing a full schedule in the Cajundome for the first time in school history, the Ragin' Cajuns posted a 9-6 record at home, including handing eventual regular-season champion Arkansas State its lone loss in league play in a 77-76 contest on Feb. 15.
