Soccer Day Camps Nearing Start Date

LAFAYETTE, La. – Availability still remains for the 2015 Ragin' Cajuns Soccer Camps, set to begin June 1 with Day Camp 1, followed by Day Camp II beginning July 6.

Each day camp is open to boys and girls, ages 5-12, with sessions lasting from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday before going from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Friday.
Â
The camp registration fee is $160 per participant with a $25 discount being awarded to families registering two or more children. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle, soccer ball, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, cleats, tennis shoes, shin guards and extra changes of shirts, shorts and socks.
Â
Participants are responsible for bringing their own lunch, and can bring a swimsuit for a scheduled trip to Bourgeois Pool before each afternoon session.

Each camp will be held on the Ragin' Cajun Soccer Field, located within the track at the corner of Bertrand Drive and Reinhart Drive. The camp will also utilize the Ragin' Cajun Moncla Indoor Complex.

Camp instructors are composed of Ragin' Cajun coaching staff, players and other college and university coaches and players.
