Libaud/Huyton Duo Falls in Championship Doubles Semis

LAFAYETTE -- Entering the third day of the Cajun Tennis Classic, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Men's Tennis team were represented by a duo of Arthur Libaud and Will Huyton, but were unable to advance past the Championship Doubles semifinal round on Saturday afternoon.
Libaud and Huyton fell to Ole Miss' pairing of Grey Hamilton/Vinod Gowda 5-7, 6-4, 7-6 (5).
The Cajuns had a pair of players participating in the back draw semifinals on Saturday in Libaud and senior Edgar Lopez. Libaud advanced by default over Oklahoma's Julian Cash. Lopez fell to Spencer Papa of Oklahoma 6-2, 6-4 in the back draw.
Libaud will face Papa for the back draw singles championship Sunday morning at 9 a.m.
The Cajun Tennis Classic will commence at noon tomorrow with the Championship Singles Finals and Championship Doubles Finals.
