Men's Tennis Set to Host Troy on Thursday

LAFAYETTE -- The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's tennis team returns to Cajun Courts this Thursday, Feb. 25 for a 2:30 p.m. first serve against conference foe Troy.
Louisiana enters the match with a 5-5 record this spring, while Troy is 1-9 and has lost six straight contests.
The Cajuns look to rebound from a 4-1 loss against 35th-ranked Drake last Saturday. Their top singles performer this spring has been freshman Arthur Libaud, who comes into Thursday with a 5-1 mark. Sophomore Vlad Kramarov sits behind Libaud in the win column with four, while senior Edgar Lopez, junior Eric Perez and junior Coleman Wahlborg each have three singles wins apiece.
In doubles, Lopez and Perez have a team-leading three wins.
The Trojans, the defending Sun Belt Conference champions, have not played since Feb. 13 and have yet to play a home match this season, with all nine losses coming away from Troy.
Pablo Moreno leads the Cajuns with a 6-3 record in singles play this season. and has six opponents from ranked schools.
