Ragin’ Cajuns Baseball Fan Day Set For February 14

LAFAYETTE, La. – The two-time defending Sun Belt Champion tournament champion Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns baseball team will hold its annual Fan Day on Sunday, Feb. 14 at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field starting at noon. Admission to Fan Day is free.
Fans will have the opportunity to get autographs from the current members of the team as well as notable alumni.
Autographs start at noon and will be followed by a home run derby featuring select players on the squad as well as alumni at 1:30 p.m. The Cajuns will also play an abbreviated intrasqaud starting at 2:30 p.m.
The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a free hot dog and drink courtesy of Sodexo. Fans also have the opportunity to collect this year's poster and schedule card as well as player cards for the 2016 squad.
Louisiana is set to open the 2016 slate on Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. in the first of three games against Sam Houston State at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field.
Season tickets are still available in the first and third base bleachers, and with the removal of light poles in the bleacher sections, fans will have better sightlines to watch games.
