San Marcos, Texas – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball team looks to bounce back from a defeat at UTA when it faces Texas State on Saturday at Strahan Coliseum.

Louisiana (10-5, 4-2 SBC), which is coming off a 79-66 defeat at UTA on Thursday, is hoping to win its third straight game against the Bobcats in San Marcos.

Texas State (8-9, 3-3 SBC) is coming off a 63-50 win over ULM on Thursday and is seeking its third straight Sun Belt Conference win of the season.

Louisiana is led in scoring by senior guard Jaylyn Gordon (19.1 ppg). Gordon leads the Sun Belt Conference in points per game and three-point field goals made per game (2.9). She leads the nation in minutes played per game (39.0).
