Border Olympics Shortened To 36 Holes Due To Rain

LAREDO, Texas – The first round of the prestigious Border Olympics was suspended due to rain on Friday with four team yet to complete 18 holes at the par-72, 7,125-yard Laredo Country Club.
 
Due to the suspension of the first round, the tournament will be shortened to 36 holes with the first round resuming at 7:30 am tomorrow. Senior Ragnar Gardarsson has carded a round of 3-under par through 15 holes.
 
Louisiana is paired with ULM, Rice and UTSA for the final round. Live scoring is available on Golfstat.com.
