Faculty/Staff Appreciation Set for Tuesday at Lamson

UL Lafayette faculty and staff members with a valid Cajun Card ID will be provided a complimentary general admission ticket at the Lamson Park Ticket Booth
LAFAYETTE – 16th-ranked Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball is offering complimentary admission to all University of Louisiana at Lafayette employees for Faculty and Staff Appreciation Night on Tuesday, April 11 at Lamson Park.
The Ragin' Cajuns (29-5) face Southeastern Louisiana (19-19) in a single game Tuesday night with first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m.
UL Lafayette faculty and staff members with a valid Cajun Card ID will be provided a complimentary general admission ticket at the Lamson Park Ticket Booth. A general admission guest ticket can also be purchased for $4.
Professors of Ragin' Cajuns Softball team members will be honored, and the team's academic accomplishments recognized, during a pregame ceremony. Professors are invited to stand alongside team members for the national anthem.
"Our professors are the 'rock' of our success as a University and a softball program," Louisiana softball head coach Michael Lotief stated. "They are selfless in their commitment to make sure our students have the best opportunities to develop their potential."
It's also a Weekday Work Perk Night which gives one lucky fan an opportunity to win a prize by turning in a business card at the fan services table.
Due to the ticketing system at Lamson Park being under repair, fans are encouraged to buy tickets for Tuesday's game in advance on Ticketmaster.com. Fans choosing to purchase tickets at Lamson Park are encouraged to bring cash.
