Ticket Sales Underway for Possible Softball Regional

LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball season ticket holders have an opportunity to reserve their seats for any possible NCAA Regional games at Lamson Park, that would be held at the facility should the Ragin' Cajuns be selected as a host site, the Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office announced Monday.

Ragin' Cajuns Softball season ticket holders should find an invoice on their Account Manager at RaginCajuns.com. Printed copies of the invoice were also mailed on Monday afternoon.

The deadline to reserve seats for a possible NCAA Regional at Lamson Park is Monday, May 15 at Noon.

NCAA Regional seats can be reserved online at RaginCajuns.com using Account Manager, in person at the Cajundome Box Office during business hours (10 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday) or by calling (337) 265-2357.

The NCAA Softball Tournament bracket, and all 16 regional host sites, will be revealed at 9 p.m. (CDT) on Sunday, May 14 during the NCAA Division I Softball Selection Show being broadcast on ESPN2.

The 2017 NCAA Softball Tournament regional round is scheduled for Friday-Sunday, May 19-21 at campus sites.

15th-ranked Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball (42-6, 23-1 Sun Belt), champions of the Sun Belt Conference, is set to compete for an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament at the SBC Tournament in Troy, Ala., beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 11. All games in the tournament are being broadcast on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app.
