          Â
Louisiana enters the weekend with a 0-2-0 record after dropping their first two matches of the season, first at Baylor 5-0 (Aug. 18) followed by a 3-1 loss at Lamar (Aug. 20).

          Â
The last being a 2-1 Cajuns win on Sep. 9, 2016 in Lafayette, and the Cajuns hold an 8-2-3 advantage all-time against the Cowgirls.
          Â
McNeese enters the weekend with a 1-1-0 record having dropped their season opener at home against Louisiana Tech 1-0 on Aug. 18. Followed by a 1-0 win on the road at ULM on Aug. 20.Â
