Kid-Focused Videoboard Feature Coming to Cajun Field

LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Department of Athletics is debuting a new videoboard feature at Cajun Field entitled "Lil' Cajuns Lagniappe" presented by Our Lady of Lourdes during the 2017 football season.

There are five different experiences – one for each home game – which children can register for a chance to be featured on the Cajun Field scoreboard:

Interactive headshot to be played on the videoboard pre-game
Opportunity to assist in the Equipment Room to get ready for game-day
Opportunity to assist in the Training Room with Athletic Trainers
Opportunity to lead Cajun Walk with the team
Opportunity to attend a Practice and break the huddle with the team

Each experience will be produced as a video feature and shown at one of the Ragin' Cajuns home football games this season.

Children ages 12 and under qualify for the opportunity. CLICK HERE to access the registration form. The deadline to apply is Friday, Aug. 11.

Participants for the experiences will be chosen at random and the winners will be notified via email to schedule their experience.
