Softball's Fundraising Golf Tournament Set for October

The program's annual event is being held on Oct. 2 at The Wetlands Golf Course on University Avenue
LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball program's annual fundraising golf tournament has been scheduled for Monday, Oct. 2 at The Wetlands Golf Course on University Avenue.
The tournament's presenting title sponsors include Fire & Safety Specialists, Brown & Brown Insurance, Shop-Rite and Interstate Batteries.
The event is a four-person scramble with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. The entry fee is $125 per individual or $500 per four-player team.

Sponsorships for the event are available and include tee box/hole signage ($150). Donations are also being accepted for a silent auction.
All proceeds benefit the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball program.
Every player will receive a commemorative gift and a team photo with members of the softball team. There will be prizes for the top three finishing teams, closest to the hole and longest drive.
Food and drinks will be provided for all participants both in the clubhouse and on the course throughout the tournament.
