Limoh Runs Away With SBC Honors For Second Straight Week

Sophomore claims second individual title of the season to claim SBC Male Runner of the Week
NEW ORLEANS – For the second consecutive week, Louisiana Ragin Cajuns cross country athlete Stanley Limoh was named the Sun Belt Conference Male Runner of the Week on Wednesday after his performance this past weekend.

Limoh, a sophomore from Kapsabet, Kenya, claimed his second individual title of the 2017 season after posting a time of 17 minutes, 57.7 seconds at the Azalea City Classic in Mobile, Ala. Running on the first 6K course of the season, Limoh helped Louisiana post a 1-2-3 finish on the men's side and claim its second team title of the season.

Louisiana, ranked No. 11 in the USTFCCCA South Central Region, will return to action on Sept. 23 when it travels to College Station, Texas to compete at the Texas A&M Invitational.
