Cajuns Soccer Announces 2025 Schedule

LAFAYETTE - The Louisiana soccer team announced its fall 2025 schedule on Thursday, May 29. The schedule features eight home matches and a home preseason exhibition, along with two in-state road contests.

The preseason kicks off with a pair of exhibition contests, starting at home against Stephen F. Austin at 5 p.m. on August 5. Louisiana then travels to Southeastern to face the Lions on August 10, with kick-off slated for 6 p.m.

The Ragin' Cajuns open the regular season at the Home Bank Soccer and Track Complex when they host Lamar at 7 p.m. on August 14. The team then hosts Rice on Sunday, August 17. The team heads north to face Louisiana Tech, one of two in-state road contests, on August 21.

Louisiana finishes the non-conference home slate on August 24 at 7 p.m. when they host McNeese. The team wraps up the non-conference schedule with three in a row on the road. The team faces UTRGV on August 28 before facing SEC foe Ole Miss on September 4 and in-state opponent Northwestern State on September 7.

Sun Belt Conference play opens on the road at South Alabama on September 13 to cap a four-match road swing. The team returns home to face Arkansas State on September 18 before home SBC contests against Georgia Southern on September 28, Southern Miss on October 2, Old Dominion on October 17, and ULM on October 29. Louisiana's schedule also features road contests at App State on September 21, Texas State on October 5, James Madison on October 10, and Troy on October 24.
