Marcus Marks was hired in October of 2019 as Event Management Coordinator for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns. In his role as an event manager, Marks handles the coordination of sporting events at UL and to make sure they are a successful and compliant to NCAA rules and regulations.
Marks, a native of Opelousas, La., spent three years in the Facilities and Event Management Department as a student worker prior to being hired on a full-time basis.
A 2019 graduate of Louisiana, Marks earned a degree in sports management.
