Cajuns-Green Wave Postponed, Makeup Date to be Announced

LAFAYETTE – Tuesday evening's baseball game featuring Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns and Tulane Green Wave at M.L. “Tigue” Moore Field has been postponed due to high winds and impending severe weather forecasted for the Lafayette area.
 
The coaching staffs from each school are working toward finding a makeup date for the contest. An announcement regarding the makeup date will be forthcoming.
 
Louisiana (12-8) is scheduled to travel to Natchitoches, La., on Wednesday, March 21 for a midweek matchup with Northwestern State. First pitch at Brown-Stroud Field is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
 
The Ragin' Cajuns are back in action at M.L. “Tigue” Moore Field over the weekend as they welcome Arkansas State for the Sun Belt Conference home opening series Friday-Sunday, March 23-25. UL is celebrating Alumni Weekend during the ASU series, welcoming back former players and their families to “The Tigue”.
