Important Notes and Reminders

This online process puts the selection of tickets, parking, and tailgating directly in the hands of Ragin' Cajuns Athletic Foundation members and season ticket holders. To expedite your selection, please read these important notes and reminders: 

PREPARING FOR YOUR SELECTION DATE/TIME
  • Be on the lookout for your assigned seat selection date and time sent via email to the email tied to your CAJUNS Account on May 13, 2025. This email will come from updates@go.ragincajuns.com. If you do not receive your selection date/time by May 14, please reach out via phone at (337) 851-7223 or via email at rcaf@louisiana.edu.
  • The seat selection process for Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium is set to begin on Monday, May 19th. This process will include selections for the 2025 football season. Selections are based on the RCAF Total Investment Model Ranking System for the 2025-26 membership year. 
  • Familiarize yourself with the venue. Lourdes Stadium seating and parking maps are available here. VIEW SEATING MAP. VIEW PARKING MAP.
  • Log in to your account to familiarize yourself with the seat selection platform. The selection platform is provided by a leader in the ticket industry and is as user friendly as possible. However, it is always recommended to log in prior to your selection so that you can familiarize yourself with the process to ensure smooth checkout flow. LOG IN HERE.
  • Fans needing additional assistance can make an appointment with the RCAF or the Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office via the link HERE. Fans must fill out this form by Friday, May 16, 2025. 
GENERAL INFORMATION 
  • During your selection time, you can purchase as many products as you would like. Any previous 2025-2026 contributions to the RCAF Champions Fund or Champions Fund Fee - Football will be applied to your order. If you select more or upgraded seats, parking, and/or tailgating the balance will be due at checkout. 
MISSED APPOINTMENT TIME 
  • You will be able to make your selections at any time after your initial appointment. All the remaining inventory will go on sale to the public following the priority seating process. 
GROUP SEATING/SITTING WITH FRIENDS 
  • Customers that want to do "Group Seating" need to coordinate their selection with the appointment time of the lowest ranked person within their group; and, at that time, each group member can log into the online system and choose their seats and/or parking together. 
  • NOTE: Since all seats and parking will be selected online, each person in the group will need access to a separate computer when coordinating the location of their seats and/or parking location to simultaneously make their selections. 
  • Seats and/or parking spaces cannot be held in the system to wait for a lower ranked customer to log in and select their tickets and/or parking space. Therefore, the highest ranked members of a group will need to wait to select seats and/or parking until the selection time of the lowest member of the group. 
  • Each group member can log in at their assigned time and check the availability of seats and/or parking and make their selections, should they wish to forgo their group seating and/or parking. 
STRANDED SEATS 
  • To maximize the seating capacity of Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium, customers will not be allowed to choose a seat selection that strands a single seat. For example, if a block of three seats remain in a row, you will not be able to select two of them thereby stranding a single seat. This also helps to limit the number of unsellable single tickets. 
  • Louisiana Athletics reserves the right to move your seats one to the left or right to avoid stranding single tickets or odd numbers of seats in a row. However, this will not be utilized to move seats off an aisle or if it disturbs a block of seats "stacked" back-to-back across two rows. 
SELECTION OF PARKING/TAILGATING 
  • Parking and tailgating lot eligibility is determined by your RCAF Champions Fund Level. Fans will select their parking and/or tailgating during the seat selection process and will have the opportunity to upgrade. VIEW MAP.
  • For subsequent years, tailgating will follow the same renewal rules as tickets. Fans will retain their tailgating locations by meeting the required Champions Fund level and purchasing the corresponding spot. Should a fan downgrade their level or not renew their Champions Fund by April 30 in future years, tailgating will be released from your account. 
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) SEATING AND PARKING 
  • All ADA customers can select up to four seats together in an ADA location. 
  • Patrons occupying ADA locations must show the appropriate documentation annually to retain these seats. Customers not meeting this requirement will have their seats moved from the ADA location to the best available comparable seats. 
  • All qualifying ADA customers can only select one parking space in the reserved ADA lot. There are a limited number of ADA parking spaces within that lot adjacent to Lourdes Stadium. 
  • ADA accessible customers who need ADA seating and/or parking will need to contact the Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office prior to or during their selection time to provide documentation. 
  • ADA customers will have to meet the per seat Champions Fund Fee for any seats selected in ADA areas. 
  • There is a first-come, first-serve ADA lot located on the east side of Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium that is available on game day. 
The Online Selection Process Step-by-Step
Carefully read these guidelines and review your selection appointment email regarding the online process. Knowing how the system works will help make your seat, parking, and tailgating selection smoother.

1. LOG IN AND FIND YOUR CART 
Login to your CAJUNS Account using your email address and previously selected password. Once logged in click Manage My Account. The Football Seat Selection Site will be under Selection Process. The official seat selection site is now live and can be accessed HERE.

Your Shopping Cart for seats and parking will appear on each subsequent page. Any previous 2025-2026 RCAF Champions Fund and Champions Fund Fee - Football contributions should appear in your cart.

2. GO TO THE MAP 
Once you are logged in, you will see both seating and parking at the top of the screen. Clicking them will pull up a map of the stadium and parking lots depending on which you are completing. You will notice that some seats are already selected. As you can imagine, there are multiple groups that we must account for in Lourdes Stadium including, but not limited to, families of student-athletes, athletics department staff members, corporate partners, predetermined contracts, campus administrative needs, recruits, ADA seating, students, visiting team seat locations, etc .

3. FIND YOUR SEATS 
From the interactive map, you can click on a seating area to narrow the map's presentation. You can also click on a specific section for a detailed map of that section. If you hold your cursor over a section, information on that section will appear in the Information Box. The section detail shows all seats in a section. Green dots represent available seats. Red dots represent seats that have been selected by other patrons. Blue dots represent seats you have selected.

4. CHECK OUT THE VIEW 
You can see panoramic seat views by clicking on the Seat View icon in the appropriate areas. You can see adjoining sections by clicking on the Go To buttons at the top of the section image. You can return to the overhead view of the stadium by clicking on the Back to Overhead link at the top of the section image.

5. FIND YOUR PARKING AND/OR TAILGATING 
Selecting parking will show available parking and tailgating lots on the map. By holding your cursor over a parking lot, information about that lot will appear in the Information Box. If you click on a tailgating lot, then a detailed map of that lot will be displayed allowing you to select an available reserved spot. Parking lots are general admission within the lot and determined on a first-come, first-serve basis on game days. 6. MAKE YOUR SELECTION FOR SEATS AND PARKING 
Your Shopping Cart for seats and parking appears at the left side of the screen along with your appointment time. When your appointment time begins you will be prompted to begin your selections for the 2025 season.

Once your seats are selected, continue to parking and select your parking location. Click on any available green dots to have the spots added to your cart. On the confirmation screen you will have the option to review your selections for both seats and parking and make any adjustments you wish.

NOTE: Regular season tickets can only be selected in regular seating areas, and McElligott Club seats can only be selected in the appropriate McElligott Club seating areas.

 7. LOCK YOUR SELECTION 
Once you have made your decisions, finalize your selections by clicking Continue to Payment. This will prompt you to review your selections and select a bill plan if you wish. 

On the final confirmation screen all customers will Approve Selections. 

NOTE: Once you Approve Selections; you have one more step to complete checkout.

8. YOU ARE ALL DONE! 
NOTE: All customers must finish checkout to lock in the seats, parking, and/or tailgating you have selected. 

If the ticket cost or required Champions Fund contribution for the seats and/or parking you selected is less than or equal to the balance owed for the items, no additional money will be collected. You will need to finish the checkout process to lock in the seats and/or parking by clicking the Place Your Order button. 

If the ticket cost or required Champions Fund contribution for the seats and/or parking is greater than the total balance previously paid for the seats and/or parking you have selected, you will need to pay for the upgrade during the checkout process. 

Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your seat selection and any payment. Simply click on the Place Your Order button, seen below, to finalize your transaction.
